2. Terms of use

Access to this site is free and requires no registration. The content, text, images and code belong to the owner, except for third-party trademarks and screenshots, which belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes.

Prices are stated excluding VAT unless noted otherwise and are indicative: a firm quote is issued in writing before any work begins.

3. What data we handle

This site has no forms. No data is collected through the website.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we handle whatever you choose to include in that message: usually your name, your phone number or email address, and a description of your business.

Data controller: the owner named in section 1.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you accept it, deliver the service.

Legal basis: your consent when you contact us and, once there is an engagement, performance of the contract.

Retention: for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

4. Who it is shared with

We do not sell or pass on data to third parties. Only the providers needed to run the service are involved:

Vercel Inc. — site hosting and analytics (Web Analytics and Speed Insights). Processes visitors’ IP addresses in its server logs. Its analytics use no cookies and create no persistent identifiers.

Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. — visit analytics. Uses no cookies and creates no persistent identifiers.

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Cookies

This site uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones, and stores nothing in your browser for tracking purposes.

The analytics we use work without cookies and without identifying individuals, which is why no consent banner is shown.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to hola@pimesit.es and stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
